South Beaver Township And Blackhawk School District Real Estate Tax
Robin Huston is responsible for the collection of all South Beaver Township and Blackhawk School District real estate taxes. The current millage rates are General 13.50 mills and Fire Tax 3.0 mills for the Township and 68.0 mills for the School District. Township tax bills are sent out every March 1. School District tax bills are sent out every July 1.
If you did not receive a statement and taxes are owed, it’s your responsibility to advise the tax collector so that she can send you a statement. By law, non-receipt of a tax statement does not absolve you from paying taxes that are your responsibility.

Sandie Egley is responsible for the collection of Beaver County tax. The current millage rate is 26.0. Beaver County tax bills are sent out every January 1.
